Palak Paneer (V) - Paneer cooked with spinach and spices in a smooth creamy delicious spinach(palak) gravy. 

Kadhai Paneer (V) - Paneer and bell peppers cooked in a spicy masala. 

Shahi Paneer (V) - Paneer, yogurt & fresh cream in a paste made of almonds, cashews (optional) and onions. 

Punjabi Kadhi (V) - A thick chickpea-based gravy that contains vegetable fritters called pakoras. 

Dal Makhani (V) - A rich creamy dal with black lentils, red kidney beans seasoned with traditional Punjabi spices.

Bhindi Masala (V) - Okra, onions, tomatoes & spices served in a stir fry.

Aloo Gobi (V) - Aloo (potato) and Gobi ( cauliflower) in a dry vegetarian dish.

 

Aloo Mutter (V) - Aloo (potato) and peas (mutter) in a spiced creamy tomato-based sauce. 

Mix Vegetable (V) - Seasonal vegetables including bell peppers, cauliflower, beans, peas, carrots, potatoes and onions in a thick curry. 

Navratan Korma (V, CN) - A creamy and flavorful dish in seasonal veggies, fruit, and nuts(optional)mix. 

Punjabi Chole (V) - A dish with chickpeas cooked in a Punjabi style

Rajma (V) -  A dish made with kidney beans cooked with traditional spices

Dal Tadka (V) - Yellow lentils made in a tadka with ghee (butter) and spices
